Sheet Extrusion Grades EM 40000 Series
Our PHA resin can be extruded to form continuous sheet which can then be thermoformed at high speed to produce a range of packaging products for food and non food applications. EM 40000 is more flexible than 40010 but they are both processed on standard equipment. They can be made into a range of thin wall applications from drinks, cups, lids, CD cases, plates, bowls and food trays. Can also be used for tube extrusion for toothpaste tubes.
