The Emerald range of natural fibre composites represents a major breakthrough in increasing the sustainability content of conventional plastics such as PP and PE. 

The Keratin fibres are derived from chicken  feathers which are a waste product from the poultry industry.  They usually go to landfill  2m tons per annum in the USA and 1.2m tons in Europe
